Report defective campus equipment

Sign in with your BEC email to report broken equipment. Your ticket number is emailed to you, and you can follow the repair from there.

A few things to know

Who may report. Any Batangas Eastern Colleges student, faculty, or staff member with an official @bec.edu.ph email account may file a report.
What to prepare. Know what is broken and where it is, and be ready to take a photo or a short video of it — every report needs one, so the technician sees the problem before arriving.
What happens after you submit. The PMO reviews your report, assigns a technician, and carries out the repair. You are updated by email at every key stage and can track the status online at any time.
How your information is used. Your details are used only to process and deliver your report, kept confidential in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

By ticking the box you agree that Batangas Eastern Colleges — Property Management Office may collect and process your name, email address and report details for equipment maintenance and record-keeping, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect: Your official @bec.edu.ph email address and whether you are a student, teacher or staff; your name, department or course and contact number as they appear in the BEC directory; and the details, photos and videos you attach to a report.
Why we collect it: To identify the reporter, verify the report against the official BEC directory, assign a technician, send you status updates and your ticket number, and keep the Property Management Office's maintenance records.
Who can see it: Only PMO staff and the technician assigned to your report. Your details are never shared outside the institution, sold, or used for advertising. Public report listings show the equipment and status only — never your name or email.
How long we keep it: Reports are retained as part of the school's equipment maintenance history. You may ask the PMO to correct your details at any time.
Your rights: Under RA 10173 you may access, correct, or object to the processing of your personal information, and withdraw consent. To do so, contact the Property Management Office.
